Intercooler for the A4 2.0T B8 Petrol Black Productomschrijving This front mounting intercooler kit has been designed as an upgrade for the Audi 2.0 TFSi (B8 models). After extended testing, we found that the most efficient core design for these models, was of a tube and fin construction, and along with an increase in surface area, plus an overall dimensional increase, we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across our intercooler, when compared to stock intercooler. With testing conducted both on road and on the dyno, to ensure that this kit really worked, our results showed both a reduction in inlet temperature, an increase in horsepower and torque, but with no detrimental effect on lag or spool up time. The Dyno results gave a respectable +12hp , + 28 ft/lbs on a standard tuned engine, with increased benefits when software tuned. The hoses used are available in Red,Blue or Black. VACUUM OPERATED VALVE FOR 2 LTR Productomschrijving We’re proud to announce another industry first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge Motorsport! Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement. We now have the world’s first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. Made from billet alloy, they are designed to replace the original plastic cap ( shown below ) as found on most Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda models. This will notfit the MK1 or Mk2 Audi TT though. If you wish to check compatability before ordering, the lip on the neck of the washer reservoir needs to be approximately 51 - 54 mm in diameter.
