Cobra-suspension heeft al meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in het ontwikkelen van sport suspension voor raceauto’s en de standaard personenwagens. Bij de start in het begin van de jaren tachtig met Race teams in de Dutch Touring Car Championship zoals de BMW E30 en de Mercedes W201, lag de focus in die jaren tachtig vooral op de ontwikkeling van sport suspension voor raceauto’s, tuning liefhebbers en andere speciale projecten voor autofabrikanten. Sinds 2008 is Cobra Suspension ook actief in de rally wereld.
